I'm Xavery,
I serve as the VP of Product at Elements.cloud, focusing on the thrilling challenge of building the first-ever change intelligence platform in an emerging B2B enterprise market. I ventured into the IT world without a traditional background, and like many, I've wrestled with feelings of imposter syndrome along the way. Yet, I've found that our unique perspectives can often be the source of innovative ideas and transformative solutions.
Over the years, my team and I have worked relentlessly to improve our release processes. We managed to accelerate our release frequency by more than 800%, averaging 3 releases a week.
We regularly bring innovative solutions to market, with most successful one bringing x541 acceleration to customer's job to be done.
This journey has taught me the immense value of hierarchical analysis, a powerful tool I now consider integral to my success - both operationally and in product development.
